Its high-hide formula blocks most stains, and is excellent for sealing water soluble tannin bleed on cedar and redwood. This fast drying formula is ready for recoat in under one hour. It sticks to all surfaces and sands easily. Quick clean up with paint thinner. (NO OTC/CARB/SCAQMD)
