PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We take pride in our exceptional service and aim to provide all the information you need when making a purchase. There may be times when it is necessary to make a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund an item within 30 days with a store receipt. We cannot accept returns for Custom Tinted paints and certain special order items.

• Returnable Items must be in original condition.
• Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the purchase.
• Custom-ordered paints and custom window treatments cannot be returned.
